Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Rezonix is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch of the order to the courier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We encourage you to review that policy before making a purchase.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.

7. Fraudulent Orders

Rezonix takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or placed with stolen payment credentials. In such cases, we may report the activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Any attempt to manipulate pricing, exploit promotions, or engage in deceptive practices will result in immediate cancellation of the order and may lead to permanent suspension of access to our website.
